GuideToGoodfree

What is this?

A free page that answers the questions people ask in family and community groups, by naming the places that can help, the way to reach each one, and whether that way worked for other people.

It is for everyone in Toronto and Ontario: students, parents, job seekers, newcomers, seniors, anyone who needs a door to open. It started in the Muslim community, and the lists for Muslim services stay, beside everything else.

GuideToGood is a page, not a person. Nobody is typing. It is written to read like a friend who did the homework, because that is what it is.

Where do the facts come from?

Each fact was read from the organization’s own website on the date shown beside it. Follower counts appear only where a page stated one. Nothing was guessed and nothing was taken from a platform whose rules forbid it.

How do corrections work?

Three layers. First, what their own website says, with the date we read it. Second, what the organization itself tells us. Third, what people report after they try a way in: a tap on "It worked" or "No answer", shown only as counts with dates.

A correction never deletes anything. The old fact stays until a person checks the new one. Counts are shown as counts, so you can judge them yourself.

What are the rules?

Public, organization-level facts only. Never a private person’s email or phone number. WhatsApp and Telegram groups appear only as how to join through the admin. No bulk download, because Canada’s anti-spam law puts the duty on whoever sends a message: a published business address may be written to only about something within that organization’s role.

Nothing promoting a religion other than Islam is listed, and nothing whose main trade is forbidden in Islam.

What does it cost?

Nothing, for everyone, with no account and no adverts.
