• Their stepsGet the marriage licence from a city hall. Book a slot on the Calendly page or by email. Bring the Marriage Certificate Application to the imam a few days before. On the day: two pieces of ID, the bride's wali, two witnesses who sign, agreed mahr.
• Their own adviceGet the Ontario marriage licence first; no imam will proceed without it. Then book the imam, confirm the fee, and bring ID, the wali and two witnesses.
